Classic NYC Bride

After attending the NYC make-up show, I realize just how much things have changed for our NYC brides we are headed in a fashionista direction. It is so wonderful to see our brides express themselves at the event of their life. Forget what people may think of you. Your wedding is your time to shine and be creative. The three pics here are of the exciting things taking place. The first pics is of a woman getting her body make-up done I thought with a classic strapless gown this would allow a fantasy pop. And our CW pic is Melanie (aka Tia Mowry) of The Game. I love this gown because it shows you what a NYC bride would wear on a summer evening. And the shoe is my favorite. They were being worn by a sales girl at the NYC Make-up Show. I am not sure of the designer name for these shoes but I love them and gotta have them and I think that if you wear one thing wild and crazy for your wedding it should be your shoes.... Please not the white shoe:) your not a nurse.

Stylish Inexpensive Centerpieces

These days when brides are facing economic hard times everyone is looking to save in some way. But most brides are not opting to sacrifice and lose the elegance and style of there dream wedding. One bride ask me " How do I save on Centerpieces?" Well while I was shopping for a gift for Mothers Day I came across a bouquet that was cute and stylish for a small wedding. For $30.00 a pop,these cute centerpieces can really create a modern and stylish effect. To jazz it up I would recommend using colored votive to compliment it. And it is always best to use a clear vase. You can also visit a fabric shop and find a bright color fabric to create a formal stylish look.

Don't forget that if you choose this option in flowers make sure that they are deliver a day of two before the day and place in a cool refrigerated area so the buds can open before your reception and always follow the caring instruction that are provide with your flowers.

Cutecakes!

Over the weekend I had the chance to meet up with a few friends for a cake designing class. I have always wanted to attend one and I had the chance to create a wedding cake with friends. And while I began to create I could not help but think about what a money saver this is. Many of the other students were jaw dropping great! And all I can say is hire a amateur to help cut cost on your wedding day. Many of these women a small time entrepreneur and willing to give you a reasonable price. Some have even mention how they enjoy it so much that all they need a materials.
